Rockhill Underwriting Management, LLC is pleased to announce that Matthew J. Semeraro has joined the organization as Vice President of Surety. Mr. Semeraro will be located in Atlanta, GA and in this new role, will direct and manage all underwriting, marketing and production functions for Rockhill’s “Specialty” surety products. Matthew has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry where he has gained a diverse background in "specialty" surety underwriting.  Prior to joining Rockhill, Mr. Semeraro held the position of Vice President & Regional Director for HCC Surety Group’s Atlantic Region and prior to joining HCC Surety, Mr. Semeraro was the National Surety Underwriting Manager at American Safety Insurance Services.
